Position Title: Web Design
Reports To: VP & Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Web Designer is responsible for the development and design of major and minor Web applications and components for internal and external Insurance system users.  The developer will design, develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components.  Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.  Best practices and design methods will be utilized to insure the success of the projects. The developer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, through production deployment.  They will be required to have experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operates effectively as a member of the development team.
- Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
- Responsible for the development of web applications and components.
- Responsible for the design and development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.

Required Skills:
- Experience in developing websites and/or web applications.  Minimum of 2 years of web design and development experience is required.
- Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
- Front-end and some back-end development experience.  More important is the experience of seamless integration of front- to back-end functionality.
- Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.

 Responsibilities and Duties:
The NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician will be responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring of all components of Neutral Tandem’s network utilizing various network monitoring systems and direct access to switches, DACS, routers and other network elements. Technicians are alerted to and must act upon any alarm conditions.
 
- The NOC manages trouble tickets in the TaSC database
- NOC Technicians are responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures in order to perform routine network changes, migrations, and maintenance in various network elements upon management request
- NOC technician must be able to identify, troubleshoot, and solve network related issues and problems efficiently utilizing monitoring tools, reference materials, and other team members for guidance
- Open trouble tickets and follow up on network/customer issues per Inteliquent procedures
- Coordinate testing with customers on customer trouble tickets
- Foster an environment of knowledge sharing within the NOC and all Inteliquent personnel
- Interface positively with peers, other department, carriers and customers to identify operational issues and provide efficient corrective actions
- Ensure that all paperwork such as customer, internal and maintenance tickets are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Accept On-Call responsibilities on a rotating schedule with other technicians
- Be available for overtime work assignments when requested
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that represents a professional company image.

Computer Forensics Programming internship at Forensicon

Forensicon is currently seeking a computer programming Internship who is eager to apply their experience and education in programming within a real world environment. Forensicon, Inc., a Chicago based Computer forensics firm is seeking a summer intern who has experience developing in C++ and .NET.  In this role, you will be assisting us with further development of our in-house developed tools that facilitate the passing of information between our various data sources.  Data sources currently include delimited text, SQL Server, MySQL, and SharePoint.
