Dr. John McDonald received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Northwestern University in 1996, and joined DePaul's faculty in the fall of 1998. He was instrumental in the formation of the degrees in Computer Graphics and Animation. In 2007 he was an IPAX fellow at Sony Imageworks.
