Grading

Class work will be project based. the first 4 projects are done individually and the final is a a team project (3 or 4 students per team).


Prerequisites

Students must have taken GAM 244 before starting this class.


Summary Of Course

3D game design development principles to create deliverables for 3D games. Students will work with an existing game engine and content pipeline. The focus of the class will be on the creation and use of different types of content, key development issues, process management, and professional practices.

Online Course Evaluations

Evaluations are a way for students to provide valuable feedback regarding their instructor and the course. The evaluations are anonymous; the instructor and administration do not track who entered what responses. A program is used to check if the student completed the evaluations, but the evaluation is completely separate from the student’s identity. Since 100% participation is our goal, students are sent periodic reminders over three weeks. Students do not receive reminders once they complete the evaluation. Students complete the evaluation online in CampusConnect.
