ID Cards
An
ID Card is your official identification while at DePaul University. Online learning students who reside outside the Chicago area are also eligible to receive an ID Card, without a face picture, to show their affiliation with DePaul, access library resources and apply for relevant student discounts. You can visit the link above for specific instructions.
Textbooks and Materials
Textbooks and materials for your chosen courses are purchased by visiting the
online bookstore. Enrolled students have access to electronic resources at the
DePaul
University Library.
COL Support
COL Support provides general help documentation if technical problems occur. If a solution to the specific problem is not available, students have the option to submit an
error report.
Exam Proctoring
Many courses will require students to take one or more proctored examinations. Students should examine each course syllabus to find planned exams and dates. Students living within the Chicagoland area are expected to take their exams at either the DePaul Loop campus or one of the suburban DePaul campuses. Search to
find a proctor.
Tutoring
DePaul CDM aims to provide assistance to all students by staffing experienced tutors, who will work with them to understand the concepts necessary to complete assignments. Tutoring is available online for remote students. Search for
available tutors and their schedules.
Writing Center
The
Writing Center is a free service offered to DePaul students who would like help with their writing projects. For over 20 years, the Writing Center has helped students, undergraduate and graduate, with writing projects including: essay assignments, research, papers, case studies, masters theses,
and application documents (resumes, letters, personal statements).
Career Center
DePaul’s
Career Center provides students, alumni and employers with opportunities to
connect. The Career Center is dedicated to helping students identify and develop a career path that is in alignment with their skills, values, and interests.
