Chonghua Zhang works as technical director for CTI. He is also in charge of the school's Center for Applied Computer Science (CACS), both in overseeing the work of the CACS students and the Course OnLine project. Chonghua has taught for CTI since the fall of 1994. Chonghua was the recipient of the school's outstanding part-time faculty member for the 1999-2000 academic year.
