Welcome To CDM Research

While all of our faculty members are skilled classroom instructors, DePaul CDM also boasts faculty members with accomplishments in both theoretical and applied research in technology.

CDM faculty members are frequently cited experts in local and national media. They author textbooks, publish academic papers, and present at major conferences.

CDM Research Areas

CDM faculty conduct research in 17 general areas of interest. There are 11 research groups and centers focused on a variety of diverse and interdisciplinary topics in technology.

Student Research Opportunities

Students have the opportunity to participate in research at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. For undergraduate students interested in pursuing graduate study and/or a career in research, CDM offers a guide to undergraduate research opportunities.
