Game, Cinema, and Animation Summer Academy

This is an intensive week-long program for high school students interested in the film, television, or game industries. Participants receive hands-on instruction using the latest equipment and technology and are taught by full-time DePaul faculty with real-world experience.

Introduction to CyberPhysical Systems Engineering Camp

Through this program, full-time faculty in our School of Computing will introduce current high school students to foundational skills taught in CPSE and provide the opportunity to apply those skills with hands-on activities. Students will be exposed to principles of embedded systems and real-world design using accessible technologies.


ESports Summer Program

Students entering 11th and 12th grade will learn from gaming professors, high school teachers, collegiate varsity players, and industry professionals in order to develop valuable skills for gaming as well as academic studies and professional careers in computing.

The Summer CHA Programs

Three six-week intensive programs in filmmaking, screenwriting, and photography are designed for Chicago Housing Authority teens. CDM graduate students have the opportunity to teach and learn as student mentors for the programs.
