 Course Promotions

  • VFX 200 - Introduction to Visual Effects 

    VFX 200 is an introduction to the use, history, and production methodologies of visual effects. Fundamental techniques will be explored through compositing exercises and projects. Areas that will be explored include particle effects, green screen, motion-tracking, roto-masking and an overview of virtual production. 

    Industry professional Brian Mellen will lead you through the process of digital compositing, learning skills and techniques that you can apply to your own independent projects. Brian Mellen will teach you how to composite in After Effects. Knowing After Effects is a big resume booster for employment in post-production.

    The class will run on Wednesdays from 5:45pm to 9:00pm this Spring 2024.
