Bio and Research Information

Raphael Nash is an award-winning independent film producer, documentary director, and adjunct professor at DePaul University’s School of Cinematic Arts. After receiving his MFA in Film & Media Arts from Temple University in 2011, his academic focus has been on courses centered in the representation of race & ethnicity in film, and creating opportunities that lead under-represented communities into the world of film production. He is the owner of Endangered Peace Productions, a full-service documentary and independent film production house. Their most recent executive produced work is the critically acclaimed feature film "Ghostlight", which opened the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
