Customer Relationship Management Technologies
An introduction to customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This course focuses on managing customer lifecycle across online and offline channels through CRM systems. Topics include application architecture and functionality of leading CRM systems, customer identification, data integration, social integration, personalization, call centers, field service and logistics, customer self-service and customer knowledge management.
CSC 401 or IS 411 or IT 411 is a prerequisite for this class.
