Computer Information and Network Security Capstone
Design and execution of a project, case study, or an enterprise protection implementation in the cybersecurity domain with realistic and measurable results. Definition of assumptions, limitations, and delimitations. Data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Implications for the cybersecurity science, practice, and everyday use/abuse of cybersecurity. Sociotechnical contextualization of the results and recommendations for implementable, practical solutions. Projects topics include, but are not limited to: network, software, and system security, cyber-physical systems security, and human-center security.
NET 477 or CSEC 533 is a prerequisite for this class.
