IS 486: Cybersecurity Law

This course discusses a range of topics related to the intersection of law and cybersecurity. Topics include federal and state compliance, contracts, legal duties, theories of civil liability, administrative and criminal prosecutions, evidence, and adequacy of legal remedies.
