Digital Innovation Strategies, Processes and Tools
This course provides students with the core and fundamental concepts of digital innovation strategies, processes, and tools. The course will cover how companies create and execute a digital innovation strategy. Topics include innovation key concepts and how to apply them, innovation strategies and models, analysis of current innovation state and design of future innovation state, key elements of an innovation initiative and programs, the role of design thinking, and product road map.
