SCWR 397: Screenwriting Capstone I

This course is the first half of a two-course sequence that provides students with a screenwriting capstone experience centered on the creation of an original feature-length screenplay, original television series pilot, or a full web series script. Students will develop an outline and treatment or series bible in preparation for writing the first draft of their capstone project. The development process will include assignments designed to aid students in enhancing workflow, honing the writer?s unique voice, and preparing documents for the next steps in their careers, by drawing on concepts from their major and Liberal Studies coursework.
