David Miller

Bio and Research Information

David Miller received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 1981. He arrived at DePaul simultaneously with the founding of its Department of Computer Science in 1981. Amid eclectic interests in computer science, he has concentrated on industrial applications of artificial intelligence. Currently, he is working on a port of the programming language Clojure to the Microsoft CLR environment. He was an Associate Dean in CDM from 1995 to 2005, served as acting dean from 2005 through 2007, and has been Dean of CDM from 2007 to present.
