Bio and Research Information

Dr. Gregory Brewster has been a full-time faculty member at DePaul University since September, 1990. He is currently a Director of the Center for Advanced Network Studies (CANS) at DePaul, which coordinates networks research and hosts the Networks and Telecommunications Advisory Board (NTAB). From June 2002 through June 2008 he was appointed Associate Dean with responsibilities to coordinate changes to CTI technical infrastructure. From 1994 to 2001 he was Director of the Telecommunications and Data Communications (TDC) Division at the School of CTI. Before coming to DePaul, Dr. Brewster was employed as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T (now Lucent) Bell Laboratories in Naperville, IL, where he worked on performance measurements and capacity planning for domestic 5ESS central office switching systems.
