Nicholas Stanley is an Adjunct Faculty member in the College of Computing and Digital Media. He is a Double Demon who earned his BS in Computer Science in 2016 and MS in Software Engineering in 2019, both from DePaul University. During his time at DePaul Nicholas worked in CDM Tech Support, was a CDM Student Ambassador, Undergraduate Course Grader, and Graduate Assistant working in the CDM’s tutoring program.
Outside of DePaul, Nicholas started to work in the software industry in 2015. His first position was as an Infrastructure Intern at Discovery Education, after the internship, he remained at Discovery as a System/DevOps Engineer until 2019. Currently, he is working at Backstop Solutions Group as a Senior DevOps Engineer where he focuses on internal app development, software testing, system reliability and continuous delivery.
