Miles, with over 15 years of experience, has been providing comprehensive supervision as the Manager of Online Learning at the Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media (CDM) at DePaul University. His expertise in online education and instructional technology is backed by a Master’s Degree in Higher Education, an MBA in Information Systems, and a certification as a Quality Matters (QM) Peer Reviewer.
Miles has led and supported various technology projects that enhance the teaching and learning experience for CDM online students and faculty. For example, Miles has been a liaison to the Tech Staff in streamlining the proctored exam and tutoring services using barcode and Zoom technologies, respectively. Miles is also an Adjunct Instructor on topics in Computer Information Systems, Web Development, and Data Science, demonstrating his versatility and passion for education. Miles' mission is to facilitate online learning that is accessible, engaging, and effective.
