Adam Hecktman is a social Impact professional. He is the founder and Chief Data Architect of For Good Advisory, where he works with non-profits and funders on leveraging data and data analytics. For Good also advises businesses on their Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Adam is a civic leader in Chicago, serving on a variety of boards including the Chicago Public Library Foundation, the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (the workforce board), 1871, and Genesys Works Chicago. Adam worked for Microsoft Corporation for 31 years, most recently building collaborative partnerships in Microsoft Philanthropy. Adam received his Masters of Data Science from DePaul in 2022.
