Dolores Kalayta

Bio and Research Information

Dolores Kalayta began teaching at DePaul in 1981, and has since taught a variety of courses including CSC 203, 213, 240, 255, 319, 323, 336, 401, 449, IT 236 and IT 240. Prior to retiring, she was the Manager of Academic Administration for the College of Computing and Digital Media. She previously worked for Computer Corporation of America in several positions including that of customer technical consultant for their IBM mainframe database Model 204, and provided technical support for an IBM mainframe COBOL code generator for Master Software, Inc. She also worked as a senior project analyst for Continental Illinois National Bank. Dolores earned a masters degree in computer science from DePaul and a masters degree in optical science from the University of Arizona. She also taught at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
